We, at Flywire, want payers to receive unparalleled individualized attention and service. As a Customer Success Associate, you will help us achieve this goal by leveraging your knowledge and positive attitude to help each payer in a friendly and efficient matter. Many payers in APAC use Flywire’s services (provided through Flywire’s locally licensed partners), and your patience and flexibility to understand the payer's cultural background is also a must. Strong language skills are also required.
Flywire is looking for a motivated and hardworking Customer Success Associate to help us handle and communicate with our payers regarding their questions. Your primary task will be to communicate with payers and Flywire’s payment partners, ensuring that the appropriate KYC checks are successfully completed for payments. You will collaborate within the Global Customer Success Team.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with payers on their questions and concerns by phone and email with speed and professionalism
Serve an essential role in finding the right solution for the payers, making Flywire’s services more convenient for payers
Follow-up with payers who have previously unresolved payer requests
Communicate with payment partners and collect KYC information from payers daily
Solve complex payment problems utilizing different software tools
Have fun while working hard with a goal-oriented team
FlyMate Skills and Qualifications
Fluency in English or Chinese
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to listen, understand, and find a solution to complex customer requests
The desire to talk to payers on a daily basis
Strong analytical and computer skills
Comfortable multi-tasking, ability to perform under pressure
Ability to work on a flexible schedule (e.g. shift rotations, public holidays)
International experience (preferred)
Familiarity with CRM software (preferred)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
