Complaints, Error Resolution and Cancellation Rights
You have a right to dispute errors in your transaction. If you think there is an error, contact us within 180 days at +1 800 346 9252 or online or at 141 Tremont St, Boston Floor 10, MA 02111. At a minimum please submit or have available: Name, Address, Confirmation Code and your contact information. Flywire will determine if an error has occurred within 90 days after you have contacted us. Upon completion of our investigation we will tell you the outcome. You can also contact us for a written explanation of your rights.You can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of payment unless the funds have been deposited. For refund requests, please contact Flywire at the telephone number or email address above.
You, the customer, are entitled to a refund of the money to be transmitted as the result of this agreement if Flywire Global Corp. does not forward the money received from you within 10 days of the date of its receipt, or does not give instructions committing an equivalent amount of money to the person designated by you within 10 days of the date of the receipt of the funds from you unless otherwise instructed by you. If your instructions as to when the money shall be forwarded or transmitted are not complied with and the money has not yet been forwarded or transmitted, you have a right to a refund of your money. If you want a refund, you must mail or deliver your written request to Flywire Global Corp. to the attention of Refund Requests 141 Tremont St. Floor 10, Boston, MA 02111.
